CREW Cleveland members and others attended a virtual event where Nichole English, P.E. – Planning and Programming Administrator with Cuyahoga County Department of Public Works provided an in-depth presentation and discussion on pending government funding assigned to potential infrastructure projects in Cleveland and throughout Cuyahoga County. Ms. English discussed projects planned for the Detroit-Superior Bridge, Corrections Center, Former Juvenile Justice Center and the Hilliard Road Bridge. She also discussed Federal Funding and how it will be used along with the CARES (Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Acts) and ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act of 2021). Ms. English was engaging and informative and we were excited to hear about how our city will improve even more in 2022!
