Cleveland CREW Members and guests learned the importance of customer service from expert John DiJulius.
He shared with the group his approach to providing superior customer service, which results in irrelevance of price to the customer. Mr. DiJulius shared his history, insights and personal experiences as well as his winning approach to customer service.
Attendees were also treated to the newly renovated Lakeside Yacht Club as the venue for this event along with their view of the marina and Lake Erie.
